These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website and the sale of our products and services. By using our website or purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

All payments must be made via bank transfer. The payment for already available products must be made before the product is shipped. For commissioned art or services, payment terms will be arranged specifically between KAGE and the customer. However, 50% of the payment must be made before the work commences, and the remaining 50% must be made before the delivery of the artwork or completion of the service.

We will ship your order as soon as possible after the payment has been received. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to the order total at the time of checkout. Please allow extra time for shipping during holidays and special events.

• We will ship your order within 7 days after receipt of payment.
• The shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier used.

We take great care to ensure that all products are free from defects and damage. If, however, you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a repairment, refund or exchange.

All content on our website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of KAGE, RITZBERGER or Henry Avellaneda. Some of it might be under creative commoncs or belong to fotographers or their respective artists and their websites. No content may be used or reproduced without our prior written consent, unless available in the press release materials section

KAGE is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Austrian law. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Austrian courts.
